GreenLight Fund Stakeholders Survey

Background

The GreenLight Fund created a response to the 2015 Harvard study that put Charlotte last among the 50 largest US cities in economic mobility. Their response was to focus on the causes and solutions so all residents – regardless of zip code, background, race or income — had the opportunity to achieve. GreenLight Charlotte gives Charlotte a way to match the most pressing needs of low-income residents with the country’s best social innovations.

Challenges

GreenLight organizations require contractors like Civility Localized to collect data and participant impact. Tracking this data and reporting progress and outcomes requires the use of multiple technologies and platforms. It also requires intensive amounts of time and woman-power.

What We Did

Civility Localized conducted Survey Design, Survey Development, Survey Distribution and Analysis for the GreenLight Fund. We also designed, developed, and facilitated Focus Groups and Interviews in Spanish and English.
