What We Did
Civility Localized worked with the Charlotte Area Transit System and HDR Inc. to accomplish the following:
Conducted two rounds (Spring & Fall 2024) of public meetings to present information to the general public, as well as to receive community input.
Prepared materials for in-person and virtual public meetings including meeting boards, flyers, postcards, comment cards, social media content, and more.
Edited technical presentations for accessibility.
Placed public notices & audited public meeting processes for equity & inclusion.
Documented meeting attendance and all public input. Produced Engagement Reports as comments, survey responses, and public meeting input was gathered.
Generated interactive surveys, maps, questionnaires, virtual open house documentation, and other public involvement materials, including social media, newspaper notices, and press releases.
